Refund Policy — Tech in Motion Diagnostic
At Tech in Motion Diagnostic, we strive to ensure every patient receives high-quality imaging services with professionalism and care. Please review our refund policy below:

Completed Services:
Once an ultrasound imaging service has been provided, no refunds will be issued. This includes any portion of the service where imaging or diagnostic evaluation has begun or been completed. -
Unprovided Services:
If the imaging service has not yet been provided, a full refund may be requested within 30 days of the original payment date. -
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule appointments at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. -
Exceptions:
Refunds or credits outside of this policy may be granted at the discretion of management in special circumstances (e.g., equipment malfunction, scheduling errors, or provider cancellations).
