Refund Policy — Tech in Motion Diagnostic

At Tech in Motion Diagnostic, we strive to ensure every patient receives high-quality imaging services with professionalism and care. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Completed Services:
    Once an ultrasound imaging service has been provided, no refunds will be issued. This includes any portion of the service where imaging or diagnostic evaluation has begun or been completed.

  2. Unprovided Services:
    If the imaging service has not yet been provided, a full refund may be requested within 30 days of the original payment date.

  3. Rescheduling:
    Clients may reschedule appointments at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  4. Exceptions:
    Refunds or credits outside of this policy may be granted at the discretion of management in special circumstances (e.g., equipment malfunction, scheduling errors, or provider cancellations).
